Today I saw the funniest thing! As I was driving along Davenport, I saw a woman rollerblading with her Chihuahua strapped to her chest in a baby sling. Now, I’ve seen people carry their dogs in their purses and even push them in strollers (which I think is bad enough!), but this was a first! I thought she looked ridiculous (dogs are meant to walk, they have four legs, that’s what they’re there for, not to be strapped to your chest!) and the dog looked so funny lying on it’s back with it’s four legs sticking out of the baby sling.
Who knows — maybe the dog likes rollerblading?!!
